Maeil Business Newspaper highlighted how Young-chan Kim, Chairman of GOLFZON Group, has grown GOLFZON into a global golf platform company since founding it in 2000. According to the report, Chairman Kim founded GOLFZON at the age of 54 after leaving Samsung Electronics,
and was introduced as a figure who contributed to popularizing Korea’s golf industry and creating a new market through screen golf.

The outlet reported that Chairman Kim likened the complex process of management to spaghetti, conveying his management philosophy that even the most entangled and tangled problems can be solved one by one to find an answer. It also explained that GOLFZON Group has grown into its current form through numerous ups and downs and challenges.

It went on to report that GOLFZON is expanding its scope beyond screen golf into CITY GOLF, a new urban golf course system.
Chairman Kim presented his vision to develop GOLFZON into a global total golf platform company encompassing lessons, equipment, and on-course play.
