GOLFZON to Host the MGA Virtual Interclub Championship with the Metropolitan Golf Association

WEST NYACK, N.Y. — GOLFZON, the world’s No. 1 golf simulator brand, and the Metropolitan Golf Association (MGA) announced that they will host the “MGA Virtual Interclub Championship Powered by Golfzon,” sponsored by GOLFZON, on December 9. The event marks the MGA’s first fully simulation-based competitive golf tournament.

The championship features two-person teams—one professional and one amateur from the same MGA member club—competing in an 18-hole four-ball gross format. Participants will test their skills on virtual courses using GOLFZON TwoVision, a world-class golf simulator.

A variety of prizes will be awarded to the top 10 teams. The winning team will receive a GOLFZON TwoVision simulator and booth, valued at approximately $100,000, to be installed at their club or facility. The individual members of the winning team will also receive a two-day GOLFZON Leadbetter Golf Retreat experience, including travel and accommodations.

The runner-up team will receive a PGA National Stay & Play golf vacation package, including travel and accommodations. The amateur and professional individuals with the lowest scores will each be awarded a GOLFZON WAVE simulator and launch monitor, respectively. Additional prizes include National Troon cards, an extra GOLFZON WAVE, and rounds of golf in the metropolitan area, among other rewards.
