The Dong-A Ilbo reported that GOLFZON has officially opened large premium golf simulator centers at the Downtown East shopping mall and the Orchid Country Club in Singapore. The project was carried out through GOLFZON’s participation in a complex golf space development project jointly led by UPlay Ventures, an affiliate of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) Club of Singapore, and E-Golping. The newspaper noted that the centers are equipped with more than 25 of the latest digital simulators, including ‘GDR PLUS,’ allowing visitors to enjoy golf practice, professional lessons, and full-course virtual rounds across 18 holes.
The Dong-A Ilbo reported that at the opening ceremony held on the 31st of last month, GOLFZON CEO Choi Deok-hyung stated, “Singapore is a strategic gateway for entering the Southeast Asian market,” expressing his intention to spread an innovative digital golf culture. The newspaper added that GOLFZON, having successfully established itself in the Southeast Asian market on the basis of its Vietnam subsidiary, plans to actively conclude master franchise agreements going forward to provide digital golf content optimized for overseas markets and to systematically strengthen its brand operation capabilities.
The Dong-A Ilbo reported that, using its entry into Singapore as a springboard, GOLFZON is fully launching a franchise-based strategy for expanding into the Southeast Asian market and is broadening its standing as a global digital golf platform.
