[The Chosun Ilbo] GOLFZON Meets Generative AI, Ushering in an Era of Customized Lessons with a “Coach of My Own”

The Chosun Ilbo reported that GOLFZON took part in ‘AWS Summit Seoul 2025,’ held on the 14th and 15th at COEX in Seoul, where it unveiled a new AI golf coaching service. The newspaper noted that the event, marking its 11th anniversary this year, is Korea’s largest cloud technology conference, featuring more than 110 sessions along with an expo booth where visitors could experience generative AI-based solutions.

The Chosun Ilbo introduced the ‘My Own AI Golf Coach’ unveiled by GOLFZON at this event as a service that combines AWS’s generative AI offering ‘Amazon Bedrock’ with the existing golf simulator (GDR) AI coaching service to provide precise swing analysis and customized posture correction. It added that the service incorporates real-time voice technology from AI audio company Supertone to deliver instant voice feedback, and that users can directly select the golf course and coaching style they want.

The Chosun Ilbo reported that GOLFZON has established this service as a leading example of generative AI application in the sports field, and that the company plans to continue concentrating its capabilities on technology development to launch a variety of services incorporating AI technology.
