- CITY GOLF draws strong interest from global industry players and buyers.. local influencers “CITY GOLF is amazing” react
- Confirming the potential for overseas market expansion, set to elevate the status of K-golf as a global golf total platform company

GOLFZON Co., Ltd. (Co-CEOs Park Kang-soo and Choi Deok-hyung) announced on the 27th that its overseas-market strategic products such as CITY GOLF and GDR MAX, unveiled at the ‘2026 PGA Merchandise Show’ held in Orlando, USA from January 21 to 23 (local time), won great acclaim locally.
The world’s largest golf expo, the ‘2026 PGA Show‘, was visited by a great number of attendees including golf industry players and buyers. Participating for the 11th time this year, GOLFZON took part on its largest-ever scale, operating a total of two exhibition booths for CITY GOLF and GOLFZON America. On-site sales consultations were held with companies and institutions from dozens of countries including the Middle East, Northern Europe, and North America, proving the business-expansion potential of CITY GOLF in the global market.
The booth for ‘CITY GOLF’, the urban golf course GOLFZON first introduced to the world in 2024, recreated a single CITY GOLF hole on the exhibition floor and offered hands-on experiences, capturing visitors’ attention. The greatest interest centered on how it fuses the strengths of screen golf and field golf to deliver the experience of playing golf as if on a real course—indoors in the city, free from the constraints of time, space, and weather.
Positive reactions and comments from numerous renowned golf influencers who experienced CITY GOLF were shared across various social media channels. One golf influencer who experienced CITY GOLF remarked, “it was the most impressive content I saw at the PGA Show,” and most influencers exclaimed in admiration each time one of CITY GOLF’s most distinctive moments unfolded—after the long game ends, the ‘screen’ lifts upward to reveal the putting green.
In particular, GOLFZON signed partnership agreements with local companies in Canada and the United States, respectively, demonstrating the potential to introduce its urban golf platform CITY GOLF to the North American market. Through these agreements, GOLFZON will be able to bring the GOLFZON Open—a world-class, high-prize tournament held on CITY GOLF—to North America as well. Regarding this, Chinese media—where CITY GOLF was opened for the first time in the world in Tianjin in 2024 and in Yanji in 2025, and where the GOLFZON Open was held at CITY GOLF venues—reported that CITY GOLF, which began in China, has successfully debuted in the overseas golf market.
At the GOLFZON America booth, there was also strong interest in the newly unveiled latest golf practice simulator ‘GDR MAX’ and the lesson session by world-renowned golf instructor David Leadbetter (David Leadbetter) using it. GDR MAX is an all-in-one golf practice simulator equipped with world-leading sensing technology that, with a single swing, analyzes the shot, weight transfer, and swing, and supports more effective golf lessons with a massive touch display that lets you see yourself as if in a mirror the moment you swing.
Nearest-to-the-pin and long-drive demonstrations using TwoVisionNX—the golf simulator that concentrates GOLFZON’s unrivaled technology that has led K-golf—were also held on a regular basis. In addition, on-site, GTOUR (Korea’s domestic screen golf tour) pros Jeon Jae-han and An Ye-in, U.S. golf pro Cheyenne Woods, and James McDonald, the CCO of GOLFZON’s Americas subsidiary who holds PGA professional certification, played foursomes and captivated many spectators through the GOLFZON simulator.
GOLFZON America CEO Sean Pyun said, “the 2026 PGA Show, in which GOLFZON Group participated on its largest-ever scale, was a great opportunity to announce CITY GOLF’s entry into North America, and we were able to confirm firsthand the global market’s response to key technologies and services such as GDR MAX, TwoVision NX, and Smart Caddie,” adding, “based on the interest of the industry players who visited this 2026 PGA Show and the consultations received, we will accelerate our business expansion in the U.S. market.”
Meanwhile, through this PGA Show, GOLFZON Group demonstrated its business-expansion potential in the global golf market, and plans to focus on realizing its presence as a global total platform company and on tangible performance growth based on a glocalization strategy built on its overseas subsidiaries in the U.S., China, Japan, and beyond. In addition, GOLFZON plans to swiftly introduce CITY GOLF in Korea as well, alongside China—where it has opened up to its second CITY GOLF location—and the North American market, where a CITY GOLF agreement was signed at this 2026 PGA Show.
