GOLFZON Group (Chairman Kim Young-chan) has rolled out social contribution activities to commemorate its 26th anniversary. GOLFZON Group worked to spread a culture of sharing by carrying out a variety of social contribution activities, including an employee blood donation campaign and a ‘GOLFZON Pastel Choir’ performance for senior citizens.

Today (the 15th), GOLFZON Group held a blood donation campaign at GOLFZON Tower Seoul and the GOLFZON Commerce headquarters, with approximately 60 employees from Seoul-based affiliates taking part. Now in its fifth year, GOLFZON Group’s blood donation campaign is a social contribution activity in which employees voluntarily participate each year to help stabilize the blood supply, and over the past five years, around 300 employees have joined the campaign in a demonstration of love for their neighbors. On the 19th, the campaign will continue at GOLFZON Joymaru with the participation of employees from Daejeon-based affiliates.

On the 6th, GOLFZON Group also carried out a cultural sharing activity for senior citizens. The ‘GOLFZON Pastel Choir,’ Korea’s first professional choir for people with disabilities, which won the Grand Prize (Presidential Award) at the ‘32nd National Choir Competition for People with Disabilities’ in 2024, took part in the ‘Suseo-dong Sharing Concert for Family Month’ held at the Suseo Myeonghwa General Social Welfare Center, presenting a choral stage for senior citizens.

The Suseo Myeonghwa General Social Welfare Center is one of the representative local community welfare institutions where GOLFZON Group has steadily continued its employee volunteer activities since 2016. Late last year as well, in cooperation with this welfare center, 350 employees visited Suseo-dong to carry out a kimchi-sharing volunteer activity in preparation for the winter cold snap.

Jang Sung-won, CEO of GOLFZON Holdings, said, “We are grateful to all the GOLFZON Group employees who voluntarily took part in blood donation at a time when stabilizing the blood supply is needed,” adding, “Based on a management philosophy of sharing and consideration, GOLFZON Group will reach out to wherever help is needed and continue to spread a positive influence throughout society.”

Meanwhile, GOLFZON Group’s ‘SWING YOUR DREAM’ is a group social contribution brand carrying the meaning of “We support your dream,” and it carries out systematic and sustained support activities centered on four core areas: golf, IT, culture, and sharing.
