GOLFZON Group Launches ‘Swing Your Dream’ Community Outreach Program to Mark 25th Anniversary
- A variety of community-care activities carried out through the group-wide social contribution brand ‘Swing Your Dream’
- Practicing a management philosophy of sharing through a blood donation campaign, a performance by the GOLFZON Pastel Choir, and more

GOLFZON Group (Chairman Kim Young-chan) announced on the 9th that, to mark its 25th anniversary, it carried out sharing activities under the group’s social contribution brand ‘Swing Your Dream’ on May 8.
In celebration of its founding anniversary, GOLFZON Group held a blood donation campaign with employee participation and a performance by the GOLFZON Pastel Choir, a choir of people with disabilities.
This blood donation campaign was held at GOLFZON Tower Seoul and the GOLFZON Commerce headquarters, with about 60 employees from Seoul-based affiliates taking part. Now in its fourth year, GOLFZON Group’s blood donation campaign is a community contribution activity in which employees voluntarily participate each year to help stabilize the blood supply. On the 19th, it will be held at GOLFZON Joymaru for employees working in Daejeon.
Cultural sharing activities were carried out as well. The GOLFZON Pastel Choir visited the Suseo Myeonghwa Comprehensive Social Welfare Center to present a heartwarming sharing performance for the elderly on Parents’ Day. The performance that day lasted about 30 minutes for some 200 elderly residents of the welfare center and the surrounding area, sharing emotion across generations with affectionate songs such as ‘Face,’ ‘Fox, Fox,’ ‘Nostalgia,’ ‘A Beautiful Country,’ ‘Song of the Wind,’ ‘White Whale,’ and ‘Love Like Starlight.’
The Suseo Myeonghwa Comprehensive Social Welfare Center is one of the leading local welfare institutions where GOLFZON Group has continuously conducted employee volunteer activities since 2016. For Parents’ Day, the GOLFZON Pastel Choir prepared a performance with a diverse repertoire so that the elderly in the local community could enjoy a happy time, conveying its heartfelt respect.
Choi Deok-hyung, CEO of GOLFZON Holdings, said, “GOLFZON Group holds a management philosophy of sharing and strives to walk alongside and grow together with our neighbors and local communities. It is deeply meaningful to mark our founding anniversary by carrying out sharing activities in which group employees actively participate,” adding, “GOLFZON Group will continue to fulfill its social responsibility and spread sharing activities going forward.”
Meanwhile, GOLFZON Group continues to pursue sustainable activities in the areas of golf, IT, culture, and sharing, centered on its integrated social contribution brand ‘Swing Your Dream.’ GOLFZON Pastel, the choir of people with disabilities operated by GOLFZON Group, was founded in February 2018 to provide opportunities for vocational rehabilitation for people with disabilities through culture and the arts and to help them realize their dreams as musicians. The choir has won awards in various competitions and demonstrated its capabilities as a professional choir, contributing to the expansion of greater awareness of people with disabilities.
