GOLFZON Group Joins ‘Kimjang Sharing of Love’ Volunteer Drive in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon… 14 Years of Walking Alongside the Local Community!

• 14 years of participation in Yuseong-gu’s ‘Kimjang Sharing of Love’ volunteer activities and donation delivery
• About 30 employees based in Daejeon from GOLFZON, GOLFZON JOYMARU, GOLFZON County and others joined to bring warmth to the local community

GOLFZON Group (Chairman Kim Young-chan) took part in the ‘2025 Kimjang Sharing of Love’ event in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon on Wednesday the 12th, as part of its group-wide social contribution initiative ‘Swing Your Dream.’

For 14 consecutive years, GOLFZON Group has continued to participate in Yuseong-gu’s ‘Kimjang Sharing of Love,’ supporting a healthy winter for vulnerable members of the local community. For this year’s drive, about 30 employees working in the Daejeon area from GOLFZON, GOLFZON JOYMARU, GOLFZON County and others volunteered. GOLFZON Group donated 5 million won for the kimjang volunteer effort, and the 1,000 kg of kimchi (approximately 400–500 heads of cabbage) carefully prepared by employees will be delivered to vulnerable groups and welfare facilities.

Kim Tae-yeon, Manager and Head of the Business Division at GOLFZON JOYMARU, who took part in the volunteer activity, said, “We participate with joy every year, and we hope the kimchi we have prepared with care will be of some help to neighbors getting through the cold winter,” adding, “To put GOLFZON Group’s management philosophy of sharing and consideration into practice, we will continue to take part in sharing activities for our neighbors and society going forward.”

On the 20th, GOLFZON Group employees based in Seoul are scheduled to continue community sharing volunteer activities in the areas of Suseo-dong in Gangnam-gu and Sanggye-dong in Nowon-gu.
