GOLFZON Commerce’s Golping Launches Customized Fitting Service ‘Golping AI Fitting’

Golping, the online golf equipment specialty mall operated by GOLFZON Commerce (CEO Choi Deok-hyung), announced that it has advanced its existing data fitting service 

and officially launched ‘Golping AI Fitting,’ an AI-based customized fitting system, on May 7.

‘Golping AI Fitting’ is characterized by combining the latest generative AI technology with sophisticated data logic, building on the operational know-how of the existing data fitting service, which has been used more than 500,000 times in total.

In particular, it uses actual club measurement data directly measured by professional fitters at GOLFZON Market as the basis for its fitting analysis, providing highly reliable fitting results even in an online environment.

The Golping AI Fitting service maintains the strengths of existing data-based analysis while improving accessibility so that it can be used more conveniently. 

Users who have GOLFZON screen golf records can receive precise analysis based on their actual play data, 

and even users without such data can easily check their fitting results through a survey consisting of eight items, including gender, score, distance, and trajectory. In addition, fitting can be performed not only for oneself but also using a friend’s information, broadening the scope of the service.

Personalization features that reflect user preferences have also been strengthened. When a user enters their preferred brand, it is reflected in the analysis results, 

allowing them to receive recommendations for suitable clubs within that brand. The recommendation scope has also been expanded from the existing drivers and irons to golf balls, recommending suitable golf balls based on shot data, short game style, and feel preferences. 

Along with this, the feature that provides customized answers based on GOLFZON screen golf records when users ask questions about their own swings 

has also been enhanced.

In addition, this service incorporates generative AI technology to help users easily understand the analysis results and detailed explanations.

The AI analyzes characteristics based on swing and shot data and explains the reasons and direction behind the recommended products. 

Furthermore, it suggests practice methods tailored to each user’s individual shot characteristics, offering an experience akin to receiving customized consulting.
