Indoor Golf Entertainment Venue Provides Energetic Atmosphere, Chef-Driven Menu, Full Bar and More

Oakbrook, Ill.   – GOLFZON Social, the immersive indoor golf, entertainment, and social dining experience, is slated to open its first Illinois location in Oak Brook on September 1. Located at the Oak Brook Promenade (3041 Butterfield Rd, Suite 104), GOLFZON Social brings together the most technologically advanced golf simulators on the market – GOLFZON’s TwoVision NX – with a stylish, energetic atmosphere and a creative, chef-driven menu for the ultimate social experience.

Perfect for avid golfers, casual golfers and non-golfers alike, GOLFZON Social’s Oak Brook location will have 16 GOLFZON TwoVision NX simulator bays, featuring the latest in swing-tracking technology and access to 240+ world-class virtual golf courses and interactive games designed for all skill levels — including non-golfers.  Covering over 18,000 sq. ft. over two floors, the GOLFZON Social experience delivers countless ways for individuals and groups to socialize, dine and play. League and tournament play lets avid and casual golfers virtually compete with others around the world and resident instructors will be available year-round for guidance and lessons. Non-golfers can play arcade and patio games on simulator screens in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

2While state-of-the-art technology is one of the biggest differentiators between GOLFZON Social and its competitors, the chef-curated, full-service menu and elevated sports bar experience combine to create the ultimate entertainment venue. The menu is designed to bring people together and includes shareable appetizers that are familiar, approachable and golf-friendly, as well as larger meals suitable for a date night or business meeting – all with a chef’s twist. GOLFZON Social’s full bar will have local craft beers (including the 64 oz. GOLFZON growler), classic cocktails, and a selection of wines. 25-plus large-screen televisions provide for premium sports viewing of college and professional football, MLB games, Premier League and more. Dining areas are fully integrated with simulator bays for seamless play while enjoying food and beverages.

GOLFZON Social offers flexible event packages for corporate outings, charity fundraisers, celebrations, and tournaments, plus a private VIP room can be used for fantasy drafts, parties, and team events. Fall golf leagues are now forming and will begin soon after GOLFZON Social opens. GOLFZON technology includes high speed sensors that capture club head and ball flight data for incredibly realistic performance feedback, a 24-way directional moving swing plate that recreates true stance and lie conditions, auto-tee and ball retrieval system, a virtual caddie to give players advice and multi-surface mats to imitate the fairway, rough and bunkers. The system also boasts incredibly realistic graphics that are 130% crisper than previous generations, as well as an LED putting guide to read greens. All simulators are integrated with GOLFZON’s platform for real-time scoring, league play, and inter-location competitions.
