David Leadbetter to Host Long Drive Event at Golfzon Range in New Jersey

LITTLE FERRY, N.J. — David Leadbetter and Golfzon Range by Leadbetter announced that they will host the inaugural ‘Golfzon Range Long Drive Challenge’ for long hitters across the New Jersey area. The event will take place on October 19, 2023, at Golfzon Range by Leadbetter in Little Ferry, New Jersey.

Held in collaboration with golf shaft manufacturer TPT, this free event gives amateur golfers the chance to showcase their long-driving skills, featuring dynamic distance competition and a variety of prizes.

David Leadbetter said, “There are surely long hitters in the New York and New Jersey area who want to prove their distance,” adding, “Now they have the opportunity to show off their power at the Golfzon Range Long Drive Challenge.”

The Golfzon Range Long Drive Challenge will be held at Golfzon Range by Leadbetter, located in Little Ferry, New Jersey, near Manhattan. The finals take place at 8:00 p.m. on October 19, and the male and female champions will each receive a TPT driver shaft valued at $650 and a one-month membership worth $240. Participants can register their long drive records at the Golfzon Range at any time from October 2 to 17.

Entry to the event is free, and all participants are automatically entered into a TPT driver shaft raffle. As a result, golfers of every skill level can take part with ease.

Alongside the Long Drive Challenge, TPT will also offer free shaft fitting sessions from noon to 10:00 p.m. on October 19. With the help of TPT’s expert team, participants will have the opportunity to carefully review and optimize their equipment.

Golfzon Range by Leadbetter is equipped with 22 state-of-the-art Golfzon GDR+ simulators, offering precise ball tracking and a real-time leaderboard in Long Drive Challenge mode.
