GOLFZON Forms Business Partnership with Jeju Air: Strengthening Marketing Synergy Through Linked Golf Membership Benefits

GOLFZON Co., Ltd. (Co-CEOs Park Kang-soo and Choi Deok-hyung) announced on the 25th that it has signed a business partnership with Jeju Air, Korea’s No.1 LCC airline, entering into a partnership to create business synergy by leveraging both companies’ golf infrastructure.

This business partnership agreement runs for one year starting July 15 this year. Through the linkage of membership services spanning the entire golf-centered lifestyle, the two companies plan to strengthen brand competitiveness and focus on enhancing customer loyalty and attracting new customers and golfers. The business agreement ceremony was held on the 24th at Jeju Air’s headquarters, attended by officials including Son Jang-soon, Head of GOLFZON’s Platform Business Division, and Jeong Jae-pil, Head of Jeju Air’s Commercial Division.

Members of both companies will receive benefits from GOLFZON’s subscription service ‘G Membership’ and Jeju Air’s ‘Golf Membership’ service. GOLFZON launched its G Membership service in late 2021 and operates it in tiers such as Standard and Premium according to benefits. Jeju Air’s Golf Membership, launched in 2023, is a paid service specialized for golf travel, offering benefits related to golf baggage and discounts on overseas golf courses, and has been well received.

Through this business agreement, GOLFZON will provide Jeju Air golf membership members with a one-month trial of the GOLFZON G Membership field product set to launch on July 15. In addition, G Membership Field, Premium, and Standard members will receive, on a tiered basis, key Jeju Air golf membership benefits such as Jeju Air’s round-trip 5kg free baggage coupon, priority baggage coupon, and golf membership discount coupon, so that they can comfortably enjoy field rounds beyond the screen.

Son Jang-soon, Head of GOLFZON’s Platform Business Division, said, “Through this business partnership with Jeju Air, we plan to focus on creating business synergy by leveraging both companies’ golf-related infrastructure. We hope that even more members will be able to experience the joy of golf through GOLFZON’s differentiated G Membership service and Jeju Air’s golf membership.”

Meanwhile, GOLFZON’s G Membership is set to launch a new product, G Membership Field, alongside a service revamp on July 15.
